If you workout in the gym, and are happy to work by yourself but need a plan to follow, this is for you. Most people's error when working out by themselves is not having a plan or any structure to follow, and not tracking their weights and progress, so this is to help with that.
There are 3 full body strength workouts each week, with optional bonus cardio.
I will add a new plan each month for you to follow to keep you getting continued results, an (get in touch if you'd like one personalised to your needs).

24 week plan, which combines nutrition challenges as well as workout plans. Beginner, intermediate and advanced options available. These are progressive plans, that will see you boost your strength and fitness. The beginner and intermediate plans are body weight only, advanced you'll need a set of dumbbells.

Follow along videos, so you can workout with me in real time, so you can see different options and get technique coaching and motivation as you go. Different workout plans available, depending on what your goal is.
