Gym plans

​If you're looking for a body building plan, or looking to spend ages in the gym, these are not for you.

 

If you're looking for 3 full body workouts a week, spending roughly 45 mins to an hour in the gym, so that you can strengthen, tone and get fitter then this will be perfect for you.

​

My aim is to add a new gym workout plan each month for those working out at the gym, that need structure. You can do the plan for longer than a month of course, I recommend starting at the first plan and moving in sequential order as the plans will be designed to work progressively like that.
