Gym plans

​If you're looking for a body building plan, or looking to spend ages in the gym, these are not for you. But if you're looking for 3 full body workouts a week, spending roughly 45 mins to an hour in the gym, so that you can strengthen, tone and get fitter then this will be perfect for you.

My aim is to add a new gym workout plan each month for those working out at the gym, that need structure. You can do the plan for longer than a month of course, I recommend starting at the first programand moving on from there as I will be rotating the
